We are exclusively assisting a very well-respected Wealth Manager recruit an experienced HR Business Partner/Manager for their forward thinking and proactive Human Resources function.
This is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity.
You will be joining at a really exciting time as the company in question is going through a significant period of growth and about to plan and roll out some really exciting projects.
You as the successful candidate will be responsible for truly partnering with the Corporate Functions Management team to offer a full generalist service.
Reporting into a fantastic and knowledgeable Senior HR Manager you will be tasked with:
- Proactively partnering a senior team of business leaders whilst continually coaching and influencing
- Advise and lead on recruitment needs for designated departments
- Act as main point of contact for all employee queries
- Driving the development of your business units’ employees, ensuring professional development
- Act as SME for all HR projects
Aside from the generalist duties outlined above there are some really exciting and tangible projects that will be starting early part of next year, you as the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Developing the graduate and intern programme
· Leading on the companies mentoring programme
These projects are highly visible within the organisation and will give you great access to the Senior leadership team.
The role is joining an HR team that is extremely well thought of within the internal structure of the business and is integral in working towards the company’s strategy and business goals.
- CIPD Qualified (or equiv)
- Financial Services experience highly desirable
- Proven track record of partnering leaders during a period of change
