HRIS Compensation System and Change Manager required for a leading Financial Services firm in Surrey.
You will be working with a fantastic HR Operations Team to offer a robust service to the internal stakeholders on all things regulatory especially SM&CR as well as other regulatory processes.

- new department is integral; to supporting the wider HR team and the employees with all HR Compensation Systems configuration services globally. Experience of working with Beqom is highly desirable.
This will include the development and operational management of business applications that underpin the HR service functions. The HR systems team work collaboratively across various geographic locations to maintain and enhance in-house developed application and vendor provided products
As the successful candidate you will be tasked with:
Proactively contributing to offer expert advice and help to decide priorities to achieve goals. This will include (but are not limited to):
- The development to the compensation system,
- Management of associated project initiatives,
- Owning the system administration,
- Supervising the internal CRS team,
- Providing support to senior stakeholders throughout the year-end review process.
You will also be tasked with the day to day management and administration of the vendor relationship with Beqom, controlling and co-ordinating software release schedules and the associated contracts.
