HR Project Manager

We are seeking a talented HR Project Manager to join our client, a prominent Asset Management firm, to work with them on a permanent basis and lead a variety of projects, predominantly within Diversity and Inclusion. This role will suit someone who is passionate about HR, looking to step into a forward thinking organisation and join a highly supportive team.
You will work closely with the Head of HR and the wider HR team to deliver a variety of HR projects, involving either coordinating the cyclical activity of the team or managing key initiatives for the team, whilst further supporting in setting the strategical agenda for the HR Team.
Some day-to-day responsibilities:
- Managing, leading and delivering new initiatives and HR projects and representing HR on the business-wide projects as they arise
- Acting as the HR Representative for the internal Inclusion Committee
- Creating and managing all HR MI and interim reporting on HR Team activity
- Tracking and coordinating the processes and reporting requirements for SMCR, working closely with the compliance team
Ideally, the right candidate for the role will have experience and an interest in advocating positive change from an HR Perspective, including Diversity and Inclusion, well-being and ESG! They will understand how to navigate Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel – there isn’t an explicit need for any HRIS knowledge otherwise. The right HR Project Manager will also have excellent organisational and time management skills and can demonstrate to the team their ability to handle multiple ongoing processes concurrently without breaking a sweat.
