As the business’s HR Operations Specialist, you and the head of HR Operations will be responsible for managing the the entirety of their HR processes, with particular focus on delivering jointly across their Operations and Rewards functions. That will mean your days will be highly varied, including working across on/offboarding, benefits, payroll and complex reporting.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Measuring and controlling existing Operations business-wide, ensuring services provided are of the highest quality
- Serve as first point-of-contact for any queries by senior leaders regarding the HR Operations function
- Managing the expectations of senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with the firm’s global strategies, interacting with and building relationships with senior members of the firm to do so
- Identifying possible improvement points in the current payroll space
The successful candidate will be an individual who has exposure to two prongs of the HR process: HR Operations, and Payroll sign off. They would have worked on exciting projects such as HRIS overhauls and wider HR generalist projects.
In addition, they will have had prior exposure to a Rewards functions and understand the intricacies therein: be that working with external vendors to find the best offerings for employees, through to understanding employee retention, you will be able to support and take the benefits services provided by the business to the next level and ensure they have the best-in-class support available.
