This latest opportunity on our desk is for an HR Coordinator to join a prestigious Insurance Syndicate based in the heart of London, providing key advice and support to the business’s Partners and HR Manager. Working to a variety of deadlines whilst effectively prioritising on the most pressing tasks, you will be able to find new ways for the HR function to grow by identifying improvement points as needed.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing the onboarding processes to included, offer letters, contracts, back checks etc.
- Partnering with line managers on inductions, changes to contracts, leave etc.
- Supporting the Recruitment team with recruitment admin/coordination
- Managing the business’s HR system
