Human Resources Business Partner required for a brilliant HR team at an international Lloyd’s Insurance Broker.  The role is due to a global growth as well as an internal promotion so you will be joining the company at a very exciting time!  This will prove to be a challenging and motivating position for someone seeking an addictively exciting workplace.

As the International HR Business Partner, you will be working closely alongside EMEA, US and UK stakeholders to make a key impact across numerous sectors in the field, such as in reward, employee engagement, ER and Performance Management.

Alongside the HR Leadership Team, you will be a key part in developing the firm's business strategy, leveraging your expertise in all things People in doing so. Some other responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Partnering key stakeholders, acting as SME for the HR function
  • Embedding and evolving new HR initiatives, partnering with the centres of excellence to do so
  • Overseeing various initiatives across the firm, such as Health, Talent Acquisition, and so on
  • Advising on how to build a strong talent and recruitment pipeline
  • Partnering with business managers to provide 1-to-1 coaching for current and up-and-coming individuals within the business
