We are working with a London Insurance company source an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for their well thought of HR team. The role requires a background of classic generalist duties to include ER, Performance Management however it has a strong bias towards Talent Development from both a DEI and Learning and Development.  This will prove to be a challenging and motivating position for someone seeking an addictively exciting workplace.
Alongside the wider HR Leadership Team, you will be a key part in developing the firm’s business strategy, leveraging your expertise in all things People in doing so. Some other responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Partnering key stakeholders, acting as SME for the HR function
  • Embedding and evolving new HR initiatives, partnering with the centres of excellence to do so
  • Line Management of the L&D Advisor and Recruitment Manager
  • Advising on how to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Partnering with business managers to provide 1-to-1 coaching for current and up-and-coming individuals within the business
