We are currently working with a Specialist Asset Manager based in London who are seeking a new HR Assistant to help support the wider HR team of the business. This is a position perfect for a HR professional looking to take a step up in their career and join a prestigious firm that can assist in growing and developing their skills.

In this role, you will gain the opportunity to support controlling functions such as Recruitment (including onboarding and work experience management), Learning & Development, Benefits, and Payroll. In doing so you will learn all the necessary skills to?ensure a strong HR department is kept running at its finest, and in turn supporting the business as a whole to operate at its best.

This role offers real flexibility, and as the HR assistant you would be required to be in the office a total of 12 days a month: those days would be completely up to you to decide.
 
Your day to day tasks would include: 

  • Work closely to support the different aspects of HR
  • Supporting in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Provide HR administration
  • Work closely with the CPO of the company
