The following opportunity is one that will provide someone an excellent opportunity to join a Private Equity firm in their HR Department. This client is looking for an HR Administrator hungry for a new role in order to support organisational programmes across the firm. This role will be an invigorating opportunity for a data-driven, perceptive individual who is keen to bring their skills to the next level, all while learning from an amazing team.

You will be someone with a passion for HR who is has confidence to put their ideas forward and willing to soak in every learning opportunity with an experienced HR team around you. As the HR Administrator you will be expected to aid colleagues within the department in actioning their research on the firm’s MI reporting and rendering administrative support to colleagues on an ad-hoc basis.

As HR Administrator you will also :

  • Be utilising Excel to maintain, analyse and manipulate complex datasets into presentable material for stakeholders.
  • Confidently taking responsibility for the Administration for an SME sized HR department on all areas from Rewards to L&D 
  • Assist the Senior HR team in a variety of projects that will shape the continuous progression of the HR policies and procedures
  • Take initiative to produce new and exciting ideas to improve the HR offering for the wider business
