This latest opportunity on our desk is for an HR Advisor to join a prestigious Insurer based in the heart of London, providing key advice and support to the business’s Partners and Head of HR. Working to a variety of deadlines whilst effectively prioritising on the most pressing tasks, you will be able to find new ways for the HR function to grow by identifying improvement points as needed. 

 

In your day-to-day, your ability to gather relevant data and information on the HR piece will fuel your decision-making and ability to pre-empt challenges in the department. Liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring short-term projects within the business are all ticking along smoothly, as well as tackling any issues emergent within the overall HR team’s goals, will form a major core of your work within the department. 

 

Some of your day-to-days will include: 

 

  • Creating regular reports for the HR team, as well as advising line managers on how to handle the issues identified in such 

  • Supporting on the Graduate Scheme programme, as well as the onboarding processes for said programme 
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with Talent Attraction coordination 
  • Managing the business’s HR system
