If the above resonates with you then this could be a fantastic HRIS opportunity for yourself: our client is a well-known American Insurance firm with offices based in the City of London. They are currently searching for an HR Analyst to sit within their global HR team in a hybrid-working role, and support their ongoing Global HRIS platform launch. You will be working in lockstep with the HR team to understand how best to develop this and shape it to match company needs. 

In addition, you will be supporting on the Payroll & Benefits administration for the role, alongside regularly producing HR reports to support the Global HR Director. You will have the opportunity to engage with various regulatory reports also, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting and other key diversity and regulatory metrics. A highly data-driven role for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. 

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting in the implementation, with insight from the HR team, of the firm’s Global HRIS platform
  • Supporting on the timely and accurate processing of UK payroll information
  • Collaborating on the annual reward process as well as other post-payroll activities
  • Producing regular HR reports for various senior leaders and other teams
  • Understanding how to work with existing HR data in a way that ensures data management is secure and compliant with GDPR

The right person for this role must have past experience working in an HR Analytics role, as well as being broadly adept in HR disciplines and practices. They will be an individual able to work across a variety of seniorities, working across CPO leaders as well as other key business stakeholders in order to deliver best-in-class HRIS experiences.
