Our client is a massively global Investment Manager looking for an HR Advisor who wants to grow with the business and support a team of HR BPs across their corporate functions departments.

If so, this role will also be offering you excellent career progression opportunities, as you'll get to pitch in on various?HR initiatives and projects as well as lending your overall?HR expertise to ensure the business's smooth running. This position is certain to evolve over time as well, expanding in exciting ways as the business itself grows.??Other areas you as the successful candidate will be involved in could include:
- Managing various operational works in order to support the HRBP team
- Partaking in evolving new HR initiatives alongside the HRBPs, gaining strategic HR experience as a result
- Serving as a changemaker and point-of-contact for employees seeking further information on developments within the business’s HR processes
- Engaging in case management support in tandem with the Employee Relations Manager
- Partnering with business managers to provide 1-to-1 coaching for current and up-and-coming individuals within the business
The right candidate will understand HR processes and particularly will understand more complex operational matters. It?will be advantageous if they?can demonstrate membership of a professional institution (such as CIPD). They will be a convincing and charismatic orator, have the capacity to take leadership and also foresee future needs of the business and its employees to better shape the firm's organisational structure. Their past experiences should come from an HR Generalist background, as this will help them to understand how?an HR team can come together and what responsibilities they may face day-to-day.?As a highly visible member of the team, you will be someone who, ideally, has worked in a similar role within a similar Financial Services environment.
