Entrepreneurial major broking house seek to employ a Head of Operations focusing on its Marine, Cargo and Aviation business unit.

• Candidates of interest to our client will be current senior Operations individuals from the Broking world.
• OR, Placing Brokers / Account Executives keen to move from fee production roles into an Operational role.

Providing operational support to mentioned specialist broking teams and unit you will work closely with heads of teams / business units to ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policy.

• Planning and Strategy
• Technical
• Policy, Process and Procedures
• Environment, Customer Focus and Relationships
• People Management/Personal Development
