Finance Project Analyst – London 

Analyst, Financial Projects & Process Improvement – Contract – London

A top multinational banking client are looking for a Financial Projects Analyst to join a key part of the Finance Team on an initial 6-month contract. 

The successful candidate will support the Head of Finance and wider finance team in implementing finance initiated and finance impacted projects, conduct evaluation and implementation of changes to accounting standards and implement change across processes and systems. 

The role is a great opportunity to build on previous project experience within finance at a reputable international bank. 
The Role
–    Support the Finance team on all aspects of the change across the Financial Control team. 
–    Responsible for functional and integration testing where required, including analysis and documentation of new processes.
–    Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of procedures and processes that arise from financial reporting requirements that are aligned with Company guidelines 
–    Engage and help define solutions to project/finance challenges using business process reengineering and technology deliveries.
The Ideal candidate:
–    Will hold a degree level qualification, or equivalent.
–    Will have Strong functional knowledge/experience of Finance processes and exposure to IFRS
–    In depth understanding of Finance data and front to back process flows.
–    Proven experience of delivering data, process, and technology change across key Finance processes.
