Senior Manager – Finance Business Partner
Our client is actively looking for a talented and driven Sr. Manager, Finance Business Partner to Product & Technology with a previous background in financial & general business analysis and the ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior business leaders to develop long term financial plans
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and management process and reporting for the business areas including leading preparation of the annual business plan and analysis
- Developing and tracking relevant KPIs and engagement/governance with the business around budget and spend to optimize expenses and investments
- Enabling management by providing timely and accurate information
- Decision support to senior finance and business leadership on investment/project decisions
- Providing financial analysis and commentary to important partners including key leaders, Investor Relations team, and Board
- Supporting ad hoc projects and help define systems improvements
- Growing, leading, and managing high-potential talent
Skills required:
- 8+ years of broad professional financial planning/accounting experience
- Experience in leading a FP&A team (or similar) with a thorough understanding of financial accounting and management reporting
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Superior problem solving skills with ability to communicate effectively with management
- Detail-orientated mindset
- A proven ability to work collaboratively and enact change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Experience leading and managing complex workstreams and processes
