Finance Business Partner

Bruin are delighted to be working with a leading insurance firm on their search to find a Finance Business Partner.
Stakeholder management and building and maintaining relationships throughout the firm and industry is central to the success of this role. This entails creating detailed financial forecasts and producing commercial insights to work towards the firm’s national and global success.
Key responsibilities include:

• Benefits realization planning and management.
• Collaborating with teams to share forecasts and insights.
• Enhancing finance processes to improve cost efficiency.

Key skills required:
The ideal candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified with prior experience in financial business partnering.

• Experience working and building relationships with internal and 3^rd party stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex terms to various audiences in a large corporation.
• Confident working with large data sets.
