Finance Business Partner

Bruin are excited to be working with our client a UK leading Consultancy firm specializing in risk, investments, insurance and pensions on their search for a Finance Business Partner to be based part hybrid in one of their UK locations (minimum one day a week in the office) working in close alliance with the Finance team and other key stakeholders within the business

Responsibilities include…

*Sharing good practice to the rest of the finance team

*Looking at and suggesting ways to improve continued performance and growth to improve profitability

*Balance sheet and capital for P&L projection

*Analyzing debt management and billing; day to day budgeting

*Other variables for instance write-offs and unprofitable clients

*Providing coherent financial advice to the business in all financial matters in order to ensue swift decision making, and in turn ensuring that senior management may focus on their roles as opposed to the Financial Analysis

*Overseeing and identifying the capacity and efficiency of enhancement initiatives

To be considered for this role you should be/have…

*Business Partner experience from Financial Services/Insurance

*A qualified accountant for instance ACCA/ACA/CIMA or a qualified actuary (IFoA)

*Excellent communication and influencing skills

*Be able to put cross financial matters which are complex in a way which is understandable and clear
