If you are an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant, and want to help scope and grow a brands’ robust Comps strategy, then we have the opportunity is for you. Our client is a renowned Benefits firm with offices across the globe, and you will be leading the design and implementation of their compensation programmes.

Based in one of the most iconic buildings in the heart of the City you will be tasked with developing the analysis and benchmarking of pay statistics to establish short and long term incentive programmes. You as the Executive Compensation Consultant will be integral in:

  • Designing and managing global compensation benchmarking and analysis
  • Budgeting and Planning with the FP&A and HR teams
  • Building short term and long term incentive plans
  • Project managing annual compensation reviews

You as the ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in compensation planning and design, with experience working in a global HR function. They will have impeccable analytical skills, knowledge of working a major HRIS such as Oracle, and a strong background working in a matrixed organisation – if Financial Services, even better.
