We are working on an Executive Assistant role with our client, an American Investments Firm with offices in London, in order to support their CEO and COO on a full-time permanent role. This is a 3-day-a-week in the office opportunity and is a varied role that will see the successful candidate supporting across the full gamut of secretarial duties, supporting at C-Suite level to ensure both the CEO and COO are always running as efficiently as possible – something only a good EA can manage!
In this role, you will serve as a gatekeeper for both your principles, being first point-of-contact for internal and external contacts. Alongside the usual gamut of secretarial roles (diary management et al.), you will also be responsible for working with other PA team members to ensure that the firm is always covered on the PA and EA front as needed.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex diary for the CEO’s office, overall handling the full gamut of secretarial support (diary management, complex international travel arrangements, and more)
- Co-ordinating the office for events, meetings and similar
- Liaising with other teams across timezones as necessary
The right candidate for this role will have a demonstrable history as a PA or EA, and if possible this will come from the Financial Services. But any good PA with a strong history in the Professional Services will also understand the need for someone able to operate under high pressure and with an ability to prioritise across a variety of tasks, and should also be a more than capable option for this firm. The successful candidate must regardless have strong systems skills (including Excel and PowerPoint), and be able to work calmly even under high volume.
In short, a great opportunity to join a firm with a fantastic office in the heart of London and support a busy CEO and COO as their office continues to grow. A role to keep any EA busy. Apply below with no delay, or reach out to Chloe White on:
