Executive Assistant – 12/18 months FTC

Asset Management Company based in Canary Wharf

I have a great role for a PA working in the Renewables Department for the Legal, HR and Internal Audit function

Key Responsibilities 

  • Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones using Outlook 

  • Scheduling of meetings both internally and externally across all 3 groups.  

  • Attending team meetings and taking notes / actions

  • International travel management and visas

  • Arranging meetings / meeting rooms / catering??????

  • Assisting with events
  • Expenses and invoice management

  • Scheduling training sessions both internally and globally across all 3 groups. 

  • Processing of legal documents in line with company policy. 

  • Provide support & cover to other EA’s and admin staff in quiet times, absence and holidays etc. 

  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the team. 

Skills requirements

• Excellent organisation skills

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint 

• Proactive and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. 

• Decisive, resourceful and quick to prioritise. 

• High attention to detail. 

• Flexible and adaptable. 

• Resilient, with strong team focus.
