Are you an experienced team player who has a proven track record, delivering digital learning programmes utilising a variety of online technologies?
Do you enjoy building relationships and are able to work across various internal and external stakeholders to excel in your projects?
Then you may be the perfect fit for this opportunity we are working with our client, a well-known, growing insurance company with a national presence.
They are looking for a diligent Digital Learning Specialist, with an excellent understanding of best practice on all things learning – be it technical, vendor-based, or design-based – in order to align their learning and design processes.
In this role you will be responsible for creating educational yet engaging online learning by owning the Learning Design processes, with a particular focus on servicing the Online Learning systems and serving internal clients as the first point-of-contact. You will be able to utilise your own experience in the L&D space to take existing L&D processes within the firm, and identify how to grow them from complex programmes into engaging and easy-to-understand solutions for the end user. Alongside this, you will provide specialist advice to key figures within the firm to address learning needs, particularly focusing on how to increase continued end-user adoption and better embed knowledge across the business.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
- Designing online learning solutions and programmes, owning the instructional and learning process
- Liaising with both internal clients and vendors alike in order to take existing processes and make them more accessible yet engaging for the business
- Keeping learning material up-to-date and organising with key leaders to ensure that such material is matched up to business needs and future goals
- Ensuring that regulatory needs are met throughout all these processes
The right person for this role will come with a demonstrable track record in Digital Learning, and a considerable amount of this experience shall come from time within the Financial Services. They will have a keen eye for both ensuring existing processes and systems are all meticulously kept, whilst also identifying where those very processes and systems can be improved. They will possess a friendly yet determined demeanour, able to work alongside internal stakeholders at any and all seniorities.
