             Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing
 

Purpose:

Work with the Head of Digital Marketing and external agencies to manage digital marketing activities across business channels.
Play a key role in driving traffic to the firms websites and extending their digital footprint.

 

Key responsibilities

    • Work with Head of Digital Marketing to develop Europe’s Digital Marketing strategy to meet business objectives and priorities 
    • Paid search: develop paid search strategy and management of campaigns to drive increased results.
    • Online display: work with channel managers on advising the best strategies and ensure all relevant tactics are being utilized.
    • Develop campaign landing pages working with channel managers, content team and digital product owners.
    • Email marketing: develop email marketing strategy for all business channels. Implement plan including ongoing test and optimize ideas.
    • Work with external agency to ensure campaigns are delivered to time and quality.
    • Email Marketing Technology: Develop a roadmap for extending the use of Salesforce marketing cloud to include use of Audience Builder and Journey Builder.
    • Help train the wider team on these technologies and ensure business benefits are utilized.
    • Analyse marketing activity effectiveness – including web usage, campaign performance, email effectiveness and produce relevant reports for senior management.
    • Participate in cross-regional Digital projects as required.

Experience/qualifications

    • Financial services experience preferable (ideally in Asset Management)
    • Experience developing and implementing digital marketing activities including paid search and online display.
    • Email marketing including segmentation and trigger based campaigns.
    • Knowledge of SFMC
    • Analytics experience including knowledge of tags and developing insights (adobe analytics experience preferred but not essential)
    • Vendor Management experience
    • Quality conscious and experience in adhering to compliance standards
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player
    • Passionate about digital marketing and new media
