Job title – Compliance Manager

I am looking for a Compliance Manager to join a well known Pensions Provider on a permanent basis. This is a very generalist role and the ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the industry. This role is paying circa 110k.

The role
 

• Working with senior management to ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight to the firm on all Compliance Matters.
• Ensure that the group has an appropriate, effective risk-based compliance programme, including a monitoring plan.
• Act in accordance to SMCR requirements and all necessary regulatory reporting.
• Lead on the Compliance input on strategic projects.

Skill and experience
 

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of the pensions industry and be able to work independently.
• Have extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Have excellent communication and analytical skills.
