Job title – Compliance Monitoring Officer

I am looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join a well-established Asset Manager on a permanent basis. This role would be perfect for a confident self-starter who has good experience within compliance monitoring and is looking to take their skills to the next level.

The role
 

• Working with senior management to ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that the group has an appropriate, effective risk-based compliance programme, including a monitoring plan.
• Drafting reports, present findings and recommendations to the business.
• Experience working Thematic Reviews.

Skill and experience
 

• Knowledge of the FCA handbook
• Knowledge of MIFID II
• Have excellent communication and analytical skills.
