Compliance Manager – Digital Communications

A leading Investment Management Firm is searching for a Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate the Compliance team’s guidance of Digital projects within the firm.

The Role

This Compliance Manager – Digital Communications position will be working closely with the Digital team to support and advise on Digital strategies and new business initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the Compliance team in identifying potential regulatory issues of financial promotions generated for or by the Digital team via reviews, research and action recommendation. The successful candidate will also respond to regulatory inquiries of the Digital team on its activities and projects, whilst also contributing to the creation of internal manuals, policies, and procedures. In the absence of the Senior Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will assume the day-to-day oversight of the communications review process with the Digital team.

The Candidate

As a Compliance Manager position at an established Investment Management firm, the successful candidate will have significant experience within Asset Management Compliance (circa 5 years). Candidates who can demonstrate their experience in complex Digital initiatives and project management are ideal. The firm is looking for candidates with detailed knowledge of the UK and European regulation as well as excellent regulatory interpretation, communication, and management
