MLRO/ Compliance Conducting Officer

Our client is looking for a Compliance Conducting MLRO Officer to join them on a permanent basis. You will be accountable for the overall compliance function of the Company and endorsed in the day-to-day duties by the Compliance Team.
Responsibilities

• Analysis and/or application and monitoring of procedures, internal policies and compliance charter.
• Accountable for corporate governance on both AIFM level and for the funds under management of the AIFM.
• KYC review; Management of demands for approval of high-risk and PEP accounts Oversight of Due Diligence and KYA procedures
