Bruin are proud to be working with a well-known financial services brand based in Birmingham or Sheffield, in their search for a Business Consultant to join their existing team.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Actively identify issues and solve problems by shaping and implementing solutions in a logical way, applying design and best practice methods
- Design target operating models
- Taking Group Strategy and any change implications into account and turn them into business requirements
- Support the team and coordinate with stakeholders to design and document the scope, outcomes, cost and effort of a project/programme, planning your own delivery approach in a structured way and build roadmaps for the project/programme
- Join a community within the Consulting Services practice and contribute to its development
- Identify opportunities to accelerate business processes or project delivery be it through innovation or automation, reshaping activities or redeploying resources, highlighting any bottlenecks
- Align the deliverables with the business area strategy and seek out knowledge on the market from internal and external sources
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Management Consulting or experience of working on consulting or related initiatives in Financial Services or other large complex organisations
- Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and optimally with people at all levels in an organization
- Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management across large and complex projects
- Ability to structure and solve problems based on facts/data including business requirements’ gathering and validation, prioritization, data analysis/interpretation and develop global point of view on the applications of new technologies, changes in micro and macro environment and other topics relevant for the clients
