We are supporting our client in their search for a Audit Manager. As an Audit Manager you will work collaboratively towards the delivery of audits, some major and/or highly sophisticated, based on critical assessment of the business, governance, and risk and internal control frameworks.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited by are:

•            Understand and stay ahead of the changes in the business and regulatory environment impacts on the companies governance framework.

•            Critically analyse and assess the impact of audit findings and recommendations on the current business model and the future operating environment.

•            Develop, maintain, align and deploy audit department resources in accordance with the current and future needs of the business.

 

Experience:

•            Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Banking products and services.

•            Experience of working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Payments, Regulatory Compliance, Technology, Financial Crime and Business Audits.

•            Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Internal Audit is highly desirable.

•            Role relevant qualifications, such as ACA/ACCA, CAMS, CIA or equivalent is desirable.

The base location for this role can be Birmingham, London or Edinburgh with some international travel required.
