Operational Resilience- Senior Manager

A leading asset manager is currently hiring for a Senior Manager in their Operational Resilience team, based in Germany. The ideal candidate will have significant autonomy and opportunities for growth within a collaborative and global environment. You will be responsible for defining and managing 1st Line of Defense processes in line with regulatory requirements and developing the associated guidelines and procedures.

In this role, you will be:

• Serving as the primary contact for 1st LoD Information Security tasks
• Developing and maintaining 1st LoD guidelines and procedures
• Supporting business teams by increasing risk awareness and fostering operational resilience

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a university degree in a related field
• Have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial markets, with a focus on Operational Risk Management and/or Information Security
• Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial markets (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, WpHG, etc.)
• Be fluent in both German and English (essential)
