We are partnering with a trailblazer in the financial technology sector, dedicated to revolutionising financial crime prevention. They provide pioneering technology that enables banks to counteract fraud, elder abuse, money laundering, human trafficking, and more. They are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic and dynamic Solutions Director – Anti-Fraud and Financial Crime Specialist to found their entrepreneurial Sales team in London. In this full-time role, you will utilise state-of-the-art, cloud-based solutions to empower banks across the UK and Continental Europe to tackle fraud head-on.
This business offers an innovative environment, strong career advancement, competitive compensation and flexible working. Given that this is the first London Sales hire, the expectation is for an experienced salesperson to join the business and be able to work autonomously across the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Accelerating Sales: Collaborate with the Sales teams to craft and deliver persuasive product presentations that secure new business.
- Cultivating Strategic Relationships: Engage with key fraud specialists and decision-makers at leading banks to build and nurture long-lasting partnerships.
- Guiding the Sales Journey: Manage enterprise prospects through every stage of the purchasing process—from initial lead qualification and discovery to product demonstrations, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborating Across Departments: Work closely with teams across Product Management, Development, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure that client needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Keeping Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about developments in the financial regulatory software sector to effectively communicate the unique value proposition.
- Driving Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions to refine sales strategies and accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Sales Expertise: A strong record of success in sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Customer-Centred Approach: A genuine passion for engaging with customers and understanding their unique challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: The capability to discuss complex technical issues and confidently present effective solutions.
- Versatile Communication: The ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders—from C-suite executives to end-users.
- Adaptability: Comfort in working within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience within the banking and fraud sectors, which will be considered a significant asset.
