We are partnering with a highly regarded asset management firm to hire a driven and skilled Salesperson to join its UK & Ireland Personal Wealth team. The firm is renowned for its strong track record of delivering consistent performance across market cycles, with a focus on capital preservation and long-term growth. With a client-centric approach, the firm provides tailored investment solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of high-net-worth individuals, with this role focusing on business development with mass affluent clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted and forward-thinking firm, helping to expand its reach and influence within the high-net-worth market.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals and values
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting the firm’s offerings, including bespoke investment strategies and solutions
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan targeting high-net-worth individuals across the UK and Ireland
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers, including trustees, consultants, and investment committees
  • Presenting the firm’s investment solutions in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner tailored to the needs of personal wealth clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing service to clients
  • Staying abreast of trends and regulatory developments in the personal wealth space, ensuring the firm’s offerings remain competitive and relevant
  • Providing feedback from the market to inform product development and enhance client solutions
  • Working closely with other sales professionals, marketing teams, and investment specialists to drive cohesive and effective outreach strategies
  • Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build the firm's brand and market presence

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must hold either CFA Level 2 or CISI Level 7
  • Proven track record in sales, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals in the UK and Ireland
  • Strong understanding of the asset management landscape, personal wealth market dynamics, and relevant regulatory environment
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset, coupled with a collaborative and client-focused approach
  • Experience working in a sophisticated investment environment, with knowledge of multi-asset strategies being advantageous
