My client is a leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Associate with expertise in mining or digital infrastructure to join their highly regarded London team.

In this role, you will have the chance to lead on cross-border financings, advising clients on multi-tiered, multi-tranched structures involving major projects in energy, telecoms, and natural resources. You will play a key part in structuring acquisition finance, refinancings, and restructurings, working closely with sponsors, lenders, and development finance institutions.
My client is known for its market-leading project finance practice, who regularly advises on market-leading projects. As part of the team, you will work alongside industry leaders with extensive experience in managing high-stakes transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex project finance transactions, with a focus on mining or digital infrastructure.
- Advise clients on acquisition finance, refinancing, and restructuring in the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on multi-jurisdictional projects and develop relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Provide innovative solutions to drive large-scale, international projects.
Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, with expertise in mining or digital infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience advising on cross-border financings and complex financial structures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in energy, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors.
