We are currently working alongside a leading European Bank who is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their vastly experienced team. This position's main responsibilities include making sure that payroll services are delivered in the UK in a timely and correct manner, adhering to all legal requirements, and giving workers outstanding assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver payroll processing services according to the payroll calendar.
  • Ensure accurate completion of monthly tasks, reconciliations, and payroll payments.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and manage the correct treatment of flexible benefits.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and third-party payments.
  • Oversee annual payroll processes.
  • Provide payroll-related reports and data for statutory and internal purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal HR clients, Finance teams, and other group entities.

Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end payroll process
  • Proven ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
