We are excited to be working on an exclusive mandate with a leading financial services client in their search for a in-house Benefits Manager to help them design and manage their benefits offering to better align with a competitive market.
This is a crucial role to the business as you will utilise your skills and experience as a Benefits Manager to collaborate with the SLT in the business and the wider HR team to ensure core benefits and those of wellbeing in financial, physical and mental capacities are considered as the new benefits package is designed. This role has a presence across the UK and Europe, so therefore international experience is essential! Experience within pensions would be highly beneficial.
Joining the business you will be instrumental in designing creative benefits-based initiatives throughout the contract as well as helping with assessing new vendors or renegotiating with current suppliers to get the best offering in the market.
As the Benefits Manager in a SME function, a candidate who is not afraid to get stuck in to both the bigger picture strategy work as well as the operational work that is needed to support it. The client in question is ideally looking for a candidate with experience within financial services as they will be leaning on your market knowledge to ensure they’re creating something that will both entice new employees and keep those in the business!
Your ability to self-motivate and work in a process-driven environment will be key to your success in this role. In summary, a great opportunity for an individual with Benefits experience looking for a chance to get involved in projects that will leave a long-lasting legacy within the client.
