Head of Operations

A growing credit Hedge Fund is looking for a Head of Operations to help build out the firm. Ideally looking for strong hedge fund operations experience, UCITS knowledge and Python experience.  
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations including trade operations, regulatory reporting and dealing with outsourced service providers.
• Automation of processes. Working with the firm’s developers and also automating directly when possible.
• The successful candidate will also be on the Risk Committee and to work closely with the firm’s outsourced risk provider.
• The role will report directly to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and will be supported by an existing Operations Analyst.

Experience:

• 7+ years of Hedge Fund Operations experience
• Previous Credit experience highly desired
• Experience with UCITS funds   
• Python experience is desirable
• Any previous risk management experience will also be a benefit
