We are excited to work with a market-leading investment platform that has rapidly grown to become the fastest-growing platform in the UK since its launch. With over half-a-million clients and a diverse range of funds and services, they are committed to supporting everyday investors to realise their financial goals. The Marketing department has been a key department responsible for this growth, promoting the company brand and value proposition through numerous channels. To help continue this growth, they are now looking to hire a B2C Marketing Manager to join the team.

As a B2C Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading and executing the client engagement strategies for the Personal Investor business in the UK. This pivotal role focuses on crafting and delivering channel marketing plans for existing clients, leveraging your expertise in client insights, marketing strategy and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing plans for client engagement that align with business goals, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with key business teams to develop personalised strategies for engaging existing clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within cross-functional teams, influencing key decisions and facilitating effective communication
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with channel marketing activities, proactively providing solutions and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Offer expert advice on channel marketing best practices, ensuring the development of suitable solutions for various stakeholders
  • Contribute to special projects and marketing campaigns beyond client engagement

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous B2C marketing experience either in an asset management or financial services company
  • Exceptional time and project management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing measurable marketing strategies focused on client engagement
  • Marketing qualification or equivalent work experience; additional experience in product management or client service is beneficial
