Business Development Associate (Nordics)

Our client is a global leader in institutional investment management. As they continue to increase their AUM in Europe, they are now hiring a Business Development Associate to cover the Nordic region on a permanent basis.

Working closely alongside the Business Development Director for the Nordics, the Business Development Associate (Nordics) will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Supporting the Sales teams in managing relationships with key institutional clients
  • Producing reports for strategic client marketing
  • Coordinating marketing and presentation material for client pitches
  • Managing client information requests
  • Hosting meetings for client servicing purposes
  • Using the CRM (SalesForce) to keep track of clients
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in other regions globally
  • Developing a strong understanding of client needs, and keeping abreast of market developments

The successful Business Development Associate (Nordics) will meet the following criteria:
 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Support, Client Service or Business Development role within financial services (ideally within asset management)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
