HR Project Coordinator

I am working with a fantastic client, within the Insurance Industry, who are going through a phase of implementation of a new software! They are looking for an HR Project Coordinator to join them in their London office on an initial 12-month contractual basis to support them through this busy period.

This is a critical role, supporting the HR Business Partner with implementing the new HRIS and provide daily HR Support to the HR team. Whilst also having the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience in HR.

As the HR Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Answer and resolve system-related questions and issues.
  • Create and manage a shared drive with system information, training guides and modules.
  • Update and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Assist with general HR administration duties.
  • Help the UK HR Team with updating policies and procedures.
  • Handle the HR inbox.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, efficient and able to multitask. You should have good time management skills and be able to work well with different stakeholders in the UK and abroad. Experience in Financial Services, an HR System and MS Office is desirable but not required.
