Software Engineering Team Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity for those with a passion for software development.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for generating and managing requirements, designing technical solutions, and developing software solutions. With your expertise in the software development lifecycle and processes, coupled with your skills in C++ and Java, desktop-based applications, and Windows O/S, you will be an instrumental part of the team.

Moreover, your object-oriented design/development skills, including UML, SysML or XML, will further enhance your contribution. By coaching and developing your colleagues, you will lead them to perform at their best, while liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
