Distribution Executive Opportunity at a Leading Lloyd's of London Insurance Company

A pivotal role in the dynamic world of insurance distribution awaits candidates at an esteemed & market leading Lloyd's of London insurance company. As the Distribution Team expands, we are actively seeking a talented and motivated Distribution Executive to join the London office.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing strategic broker relationships within the London Market. Responsibilities include formalizing a realistic growth strategy with key partners, acting as the key point of contact for strategic brokers, providing clear presentations to stakeholders, and exploring alternative strategic relationships within the London Market. Additional responsibilities encompass supporting underwriters in achieving growth objectives and utilizing CRM capabilities to monitor key broker performance metrics.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess knowledge and experience of working in the Lloyd’s and company insurance markets, industry expertise in marine and specialty markets, an understanding of basic underwriting principles across these markets, and familiarity with business planning and regulatory issues relevant to the London insurance market. Essential skills include strong data analytics and the ability to comprehend fundamental performance metrics. Candidates with experience in preparing and conducting presentations to a range of stakeholders, including C-Suite, a proven track record of strong broker relationship management, in-depth knowledge of the London broking environment, and a respected market profile are highly encouraged to apply.
