Engineering Team Lead

Bruin Financial

Ref: 36266
Are you excited to be part of the forefront of cutting-edge IT solutions?

My client is currently seeking a talented Engineering Team Leader or someone who is willing to take a step up to lead and grow a team of engineers, whilst also supporting the creation of engineering and project plans.

As the Engineering Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career and extend your knowledge in a strategically important area of the business, working across a wide range of significant military cyber, land, air and sea platforms.

We understand that work-life balance is important, so we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. As the Engineering Team Leader, you'll be responsible for successfully executing and delivering projects against schedules, tracking progress and reporting, adhering to project and business processes and governance, helping to build strong and enduring customer relationships, facilitating innovation and improvement ideas, and managing and balancing risk with change initiatives.

With your experience in engineering and delivering IT and information systems projects, ideally for the MoD, you'll have a track record of working through an engineering lifecycle and governance, facilitating the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities, developing an effective organizational structure and associated performance management, executing a plan, meeting customer milestones, and achieving shared success.

But wait, there's more! We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 and benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You'll also have access to additional benefits such as flexible working, an employee assistance programme, Cycle2work, and employee discounts. You may even be eligible for an annual incentive. Come join us now and take your career to the next level!
