Compliance Manager – Advisory

Our client are seeking an enthusiastic Compliance Manager to advise on policy across the Investment management business. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience on regulatory matters involving Investments and financial crime and will have experience implementing strategies and policies into the business. 

The role
– Reviewing of current policies in place and drafting new ones
– Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on these
– Advise on AML and financial crime policies to the business
-Prepare and provide training to the business on Compliance matters
-Support and deputise for line manager where necessary and appropriate

Skills and experience
– Hold experience in Investment management compliance
– Good understanding of AFM/ AIFM business
– FCA sourcebooks; COLL, FUND, COBS
-Analytical ability to understand and interpret regulations
-Awareness of operational and investment risk as well as internal audit.
