As the business’s Global HR Operations Manager, reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the entirety of their HR processes, with particular focus on delivering jointly across their Operations and Reporting function. That will mean your days will be highly varied, including working across on/offboarding, benefits, payroll sign of and working on some extremely exciting projects.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Measuring and controlling existing Operations business-wide, ensuring services provided are of the highest quality
  • Serve as first point-of-contact for any queries by senior leaders regarding the HR Operations function
  • Managing the expectations to HR leaders to ensure alignment with the firm's global strategies, interacting with and building relationships with senior members of the firm to do so
  • Identifying possible improvement points in the current payroll space

The successful candidate will be an individual who has exposure to HR process improvements as well as having worked on exciting projects such as HRIS overhauls and wider HR generalist projects.
