Bruin Financial

Ref: 35912
We are currently assisting a well-respected Investment Firm recruit an Employee Engagement/People Insights Manager to join their very busy HR and CPO team.
Reporting into a brilliantly, knowledgeable and personable leader you will be responsible for bringing data into life to ensure a fantastic message to your inhouse client base made up of the Senior Leadership team as well as the HR function.
You as the ideal candidate will be comfortable translating data into a people centric story that ensures the wider business knows it is listened to and that the DEI/ESG strategy of the CPO office is met.  This is truly an exciting role that will help shape the already amazing culture of the firm.
To succeed in this opportunity, you will need an ability to see the human element of the data produced for you to understand the “whys” of the data.  This will suit someone who can evidence a clear interest and appetite in working with people data.
Daily you will be tasked with:

  • Understanding and showcasing best practice around employee engagement
  • Producing and presenting SLT/C-Suite calibre presentations for a wide range of senior stakeholders – including report creation with the ability to ensure comprehensive commentary and insights.
  • Partnering collaboratively with global colleagues across multiple functions
  • Combining people data sources and evidencing data into trends and insights whilst influencing and communicating people priorities
  • Communicating effectively with Senior Stakeholders

In summary this will suit either a data/people analytics individual who craves a move to a more visible and partner style role or an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys utilising data to scope people centric projects.
These roles do not present themselves regularly so do not hesitate to apply!
