HR Business Partner – 14 month FTC

We are excited to be supporting a fantastic Financial Services brand on the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and lead on HR projects such as ER, and Managing Performance across their UK operation. Based primarily in their offices in Leeds, you will be responsible for driving People activity within the business, allowing you to identify new ways to deliver on a system of change and create further success within the HR unit.

This full generalist HR role will include will allow you to cover all areas of business partnering to ensure that all employees receive an excellent level of service from the business. 
This role will entail:

  • Partnering regional managers on ER and Management of employee base
  • Coaching various HR Advisors and Managers to ensure they are up-to-speed with ongoing changes
  • Partnering with the wider HR Team to ensure resources are assigned where required to deliver on these HR changes
  • Being the face of the HR team for employees
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required

The right candidate must have demonstrable experience working in the HR space ideally within a medium to large matrix business. They will be a convincing and charismatic orator, have the capacity to take leadership and also foresee future needs of the business and its employees to better shape the firm’s organisational structure. They will have experience working across a matrixed firm, and will have a cultural understanding to be able to offer appropriate mentorship across all key areas of the business. Finally, their experience base will come from an HR Generalist background, allowing them to understand all of the differing needs and responsibilities that a good HR team must possess.
