Training Designer

We are currently working with a very well-established Insurance Firm to assist them with their search for a Training Designer to join their Learning and Development team. This opportunity would be perfect for an individual with a strong understanding of working with the design of courses and content.

In this role, you will be responsible for working and leading projects that will support the development of job training and ensure that the learning content provided meets requirements. You will also work closely with the wider team to support all training needs and review feedback on sessions and content.

As the Training designer, your day-to-day may include, but is not limited to:

  • Creation of learning simulations including e-learning, webinars and  podcasts
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with various stakeholders to ensure content is effective and accurate
  • Create training programs that consist of complex tasks broken down into simpler steps for junior members of staff
  • Managing and leading projects focused on training

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working to create online and digital learning courses.
