  • Managing event registration software and diligently maintaining event distribution lists via the CRM system.
  • Managing event finances and ensuring cost control in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring that all events comply with internal Compliance policies.

  • Collaborating with the events team on various events, including maintaining an event supplier database, overseeing gifts and merchandise, and developing a roadmap for digital events.
  • Coordinating and offering guidance to event staff and external suppliers.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Events and local Team Leaders to appoint internal resources for events and effectively communicating expectations.
  • Sharing your expertise and providing coaching to less experienced team members and colleagues across the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience in events or congress organisation, encompassing both physical and virtual events.
  • Previous experience of managing events in the financial services industry

  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Being fact-based and objective, with demonstrated judgment, particularly in critical situations.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Self-confidence balanced with humility and a low-key approach.
  • Ambition and eagerness to actively contribute to a small team.
  • Willingness to travel, spend time at various locations, and conduct site visits.
