Location: London (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 + bonus + benefits
Successful candidates will be required to have an extensive pensions administration background, administering DB Schemes and DC Savings Plans along with Group Insured Benefits.
You will need to confirm that meeting packs are prepared and distributed and take minutes to be reviewed by the Head of Pensions and Benefits amongst others.
You will be required to keep scheme and trustee documents up to date, ensuring compliance with PMI CPD whilst also sharing Trustee training opportunities. You will also be required to assist with the production of the Scheme’s annual Trustee Report.
Candidates will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders surrounding fund switches, investments and disinvestments whilst also managing the cashflow requirements of said schemes.
You will also be required to assist with ad hoc projects, such as the Company covenant assessment, actuarial valuations, GMP and buy-in.
