Compliance & Financial Promotions Generalist

Job title – Compliance  Generalist

I am currently working with a global Asset Management firm who are looking for a Compliance Generalist to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a good Generalist working knowledge within Asset Management and experience with Financial Promotions would also be ideal.

The role

• Provides a key support to the business by providing compliance advisory with respect to financial promotions and marketing activities.
• To monitor and assist in the implementation of regulatory developments related to the UCITS Fund
• To modify and continually develop the risk based Compliance Monitoring Program to ensure effective completion within agreed timescales.
• To review and approve financial promotions material for institutional investors.

Skill and experience
 

• Previous experience working within Asset Management in a generalist role
• Knowledge of relevant UK and EU regulations and compliance principles.
• Experience of fund management business in the UK or Europe.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS regulations
• Familiar with equity products.
