We are working closely with our client, a very well-respected Insurance Broker, to find a Rewards Business Partner to join them, in their Greater Manchester Office. Best suited for an individual experienced in working across rewards, with a strong understanding on benchmarking and job analysis, looking to take that next step to lead in the delivery of all Rewards and Benefits activities within an organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for various projects that support the wider rewards strategy, ensuring that they are delivered accurately and cost effectively. You will lead on behalf of the Head of Reward to deliver reward activities ranging from performance management cycles to bonus and pay reviews, whilst acting as the SME for all reward focused projects within the business.
Some of your responsibilities as the Rewards Business Partner will include:
- Leading on cyclical reward projects such as, annual bonus and salary review, annual flex benefits enrolment window, half annual performance management cycles, pay progression schemes.
- Completing compliance reports including the gender pay gap reviews and pay audits
- Managing and coaching the Rewards Analyst
- Supporting with the preparation of RemCo documents
- Managing group benefits, including accountability of annual insurance renewals
